The AI Launchpad: Demystifying the Future for Modern Leaders
Most leaders are stuck in the "prompting" hype; the best are learning how to think with AI. This 2-day LUMS intensive is your essential first step in moving past basic "how-to" tutorials and into the world of AI-native leadership. Instead of treating AI as a search engine, attendants will learn to utilize it as a high-level Thinking Partner to collapse the distance between a raw idea and a structured business model. This workshop focuses on the strategic shift: moving from 1-sentence searches to professional-grade logic that drives innovation and reduces the time from "concept" to "first draft". Move Beyond the Hype: Transition from simple "Google-style" queries to structured frameworks that generate high-fidelity business strategy. Strategic Resilience: Identify which parts of your role are "AI-vulnerable" and build a roadmap to lead your industry’s transformation. Rapid Prototyping: Use AI to turn napkin sketches into visual product prototypes or structured models in minutes. The Trust Framework: Master the "Trust but Verify" workflow to identify hallucinations and ensure all AI output is brand-aligned and accurate. Stop reacting to the future - start architecting it.

Rawabet: Human-Centered AI Design and Responsible AI for Younger Generations
In my talk, I explored how we can balance Human-Centered AI Design with the necessity of Responsible AI for younger generations. I addressed the reality that students are already turning to AI due to disengagement and teacher shortages, but I warned of the "problem with AI" today: a lack of guardrails, potential isolation, and inherent bias. I shared my work with Hoja, a personal learning platform built on the principle that we must design for people, not just technology. I outlined our three core pillars for responsible development: Transparency & Explainability: I emphasized that kids and parents must understand why an AI makes a suggestion. Ethical Guardrails: I discussed protecting users against unsafe outputs and harmful isolation. Community Co-design: I advocated for involving teachers, parents, and students in the shaping of these tools. Finally, I presented a roadmap that moves toward gamified "learning worlds" and social features, while reminding the audience that our ultimate goal was not just to teach, but to protect the futures of children through empathy.

TechGirls: AI and future careers
I had the privilege of participating in the TechGirls AI & Future Careers Conference at the University of East London, which Hoja AI proudly cohosted, under the ambit of introducing girls to careers in tech. Growing up, fewer than 5% of the student base in my college and university computer science specialisation were female. That was hardly a surprise though as from a young age (esp in Pakistan) pop culture and society posit engineering and tech as a field for boys whereas girls are directed towards fields like medicine and education. It’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about challenging the preconceived notions that shape how young people—especially girls—view careers in tech. There are two important messages we need to keep emphasizing: There is a wide range of career paths within tech firms—many of which do not require a deep technical background. Equally, and critically, girls can and should be encouraged to pursue technical careers if they are interested. It’s essential to help them see that coding, development, AI, product design and engineering are all spaces where they can thrive.

From purpose to profit: building responsible ventures
In this fireside chat with Aziz Kaouech, founder of Dooda, we covered how ethics and responsible business practices weave in together with making a profit, without needing a trade-off

Course: Digital Marketing & AI
I co-created a 7 week course on digital marketing and AI, built around real-world relevance, accessibility and practical skill building. The entire course was designed to: Breaking down complex topics into clear, engaging learning paths Embed hands-on projects to help learners build confidence quickly Ensure content was inclusive and adaptable to different learning styles

Leveraging AI for Enhanced Learning
As part of an extended course designed by myself, my co-founders and I ran a training session at the United Nations Office of Geneva looking into how AI can be utilised in learning, specifically for enhanced delivery across non-profits
